Low Chroma is a series of photographs taken in conditions of near-darkness or bright sunlight. They were shot over the course of 2015, and all lighting was ‘found’ in-situ – no additional lighting was used.
The images were created entirely in-camera, without staging, cropping or retouching. Although a few make use of movement, most are a hundred per cent documentary. All are presented as taken, in colour, on a hand-held, entry-level, digital camera with a standard 18-55mm lens.
