- How to establish the Brand Traits for their organisation.
- How they can be used to ensure their brand personality is expressed clearly, consistently and imaginatively across all platforms.
- How they can use Brand Traits to assess the effectiveness of their communication materials.
- How they can help guide strategic decisions, align thinking and solve problems in every part of their organisation.
- They’ll also specify two SMART action points that will help them integrate Brand Traits into their everyday organisational practice.
